Not very handicap friendly

I want to start with the food here is awesome, our waiter Brandon P is the best. We have had him twice, he has so much knowledge of the menu. A pleasure to have him wait on us.

Now for our issue. We were a party of 4 on Monday January 12, 2026, with reservations for 5:30, with prior notification that 1 person had a disability. When we arrived, we were told it would be a few minutes while they got the table ready. Even though there were many tables already set up. The hostess asked if he could walk and we could put the scooter to the side, which he was able to do with his walker. When shown to the table, it was not a good fit for us, so we asked for a different table. That seemed to be a problem for them, we were asked to wait to the side. There were clearly many tables available, as 2 other parties came in and were seated right away. When I questioned why we couldn’t have one of the tables up front, the hostess took off to go check something with someone. After about 5 minutes we were directed to a table all the way in the back of the restaurant, which was inconvenient for the person using the walker. The spouse of the person with the disabled person asked to speak to a manager. The managers response was “do you want me to move you to a different table?” Like are we going to have this disabled person walk all over the restaurant? Needless to say this manager has very poor management skills.
So I wonder, was this restaurant trying to hide the person with a disability out of site, by first trying to put us over on the side behind a wall, and then in the way back? They obviously had no compassion or concern with having him struggle to walk all the way to the back when there were so many vacant tables in the front.
Shame on this restaurant.

Overall the food and ambience here is pretty standard and similar to any fancy Italian restaurant you have back home. I will say that the standout for our meal was the Mushroom Sauté appetizer. It was like a creamy mushroom cheese dip and it was absolutely delicious. However, everything else was good, but not great. Not a bad place to go if you're in a pinch and looking for something familiar, but there are so many other unique places to dine at in City Walk.

Pros:

-Service was good -Mushroom Sauté appetizer

Cons:

-Loud -Standard Italian Cuisine

If you love fresh pasta i would 100% recommend Vivo. I would always suggest having a reservation for any dining at Citywalk, but we have had good luck with snagging a seat at the bar. Our favorites are any dish with the fresh made pasta, mussels, chicken parm, and the beef carpaccio. The staff is knowledgeable of wine parings for your meal and I have enjoyed many cocktails here. This isn't a place we go to with our toddler though there are plenty of families dining here at any hour.

Pros:

Quality of food, service

Cons:

Loud, a few meals we have had (eggplant parm and short ribs) were not wonderful
