The Secret Place To Get a FREE Souvenir at This Disney World Hotel

Free souvenirs DO exist in Disney World, but sometimes they’re harder to find than you may think.

You can get free celebration buttons in any of the parks (just check the gift shops), and some Cast Members will even write on them for you (without having to take them to Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe for fancy customization!). We recently found another free souvenir that many people don’t know about, but you’ve gotta go over to one of the resort’s hotels and pass a quiz to get it!

Over at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter Resort, we stopped by Jackson Square Gifts and Desires and found a board advertising a little trivia game! We decided to play — during our visit, it was Hocus Pocus trivia — and when we successfully showed off our knowledge, we got a pin!

When we spoke to Cast Members a bit more, they told us that the quiz changes every day, and there are tons of boards they have in the back that they rotate through. You never know what kind of Disney trivia you might encounter!

It’s such a nice pin, honestly; we were really impressed and excited to have received it for free! It’s themed to the resort AND shows off that you’re a trivia champion, which we think is extra special.
