NEW Details Spotted for the Confusing Attraction Coming SOON to Magic Kingdom!

A new experience is coming to Magic Kingdom.

As we’ve discussed before, something new is coming to the Storybook Circus area of Fantasyland. The experience will be known as Smellephants on Parade, and will be “a family-friendly ‘search and sniff adventure’ presented by Scentsy.” While the experience isn’t open yet, more and more elements are being installed, including the first of the titular Smellephants.

Other than signs we’ve seen around Storybook Circus, the first major piece of Smellephants on Parade to be installed is a new ticket booth outside of Big Top Souvenirs.

This booth will likely be staffed by cast members – we’re not sure if they’re going to actually be inside the booth or just around it – who may somehow play a role in the game/experience, and possibly hand out materials.

We were actually a bit surprised at the size of the Smellephant statues, which are slightly smaller than we were expecting. But we do know that more are still to come!

In addition, spots have been cleared around the land for more Smellephants that have yet to be installed, including cute little signs that read “New Act: Debuting Soon.”

Some of the Smellephant locations include two near Dumbo the Flying Elephant, one near Pet’s Silly Sideshow, two new Big Top Souvenirs, and three near the Casey Jr. Splash ’N’ Soak Station.
