Why You Should Eat at the WORST Disney World Restaurant According to Yelp

Checking reviews can be really helpful when planning a Disney World vacation.

Looking at how other people rated restaurants, rides, or hotels might help you make some important decisions for your trip. However, you can’t put ALL your stock in reviews that you see on the internet, because sometimes they don’t consider everything. That’s why we’re telling you to go to the WORST-reviewed Disney World restaurant on Yelp!

Currently, the worst-reviewed Disney World restaurant on Yelp is Tony’s Town Square Restaurant in Magic Kingdom. Its rating sits at 3.3 out of 5 at the time of publishing.

This restaurant has been known for being not-so-great in the past, but we’re here to tell you that you might want to give it a second chance. Why? Because recently, they’ve been making some big menu updates and we’ve been pretty impressed by what we’ve seen.

Back in November, Tony’s Town Square Restaurant got five new entrees that included the Insalata Caprese, Tortellini al Forno, Rigatoni alla Vodka, Braised Beef Short Rib, and Chicken Parmigiana. Shortly after they landed on the menu, we stopped by to try the Tortellini and we were seriously impressed!

It was delightfully spicy and cheesy, with lots of pasta and Italian sausage throughout. And the portion was bigger than it looked!

But in addition to those entrees, we’ve also seen some change-ups on the appetizer menu. One of the newer hits is the footlong mozzarella sticks, served with a spicy tomato sauce! (You can get regular marinara if you’re not into the heat.)

Yes, they’re seriously a foot long. We measured!

Another great option for cheese and garlic lovers is the Garlic Bread! It comes stacked Jenga-style and served with a parmesan cheese fondue to pour over the top. We LOVED this one.

Just look at all that cheesy goodness! We could just order three of these and eat that as our meal.

So if you’ve discounted Tony’s Town Square based on bad experiences in the past, you might want to give it another try now that these menu changes are in place. We had a really great meal and we’d actually recommend it again!
