The Shocking Truth About Crowds at the SOLD OUT Jollywood Nights in Disney World

Are you in the holiday spirit yet? We hope so because it’s time for the first night of Jollywood Nights!

This is a brand-new holiday event happening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. There are tons of snacks, shows, characters, and more to see, and we’re here enjoying the first night! What does a sold-out holiday event look like in Hollywood Studios? It’s time to find out!

Since this is the first Jollywood Nights ever, it can be difficult to predict crowds. However, as this is a separately ticketed event, Disney limits the amount of people in the park. Party guests are not able to enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios until 7PM, so we found a pretty sizable line of people waiting to enter before the party started.

There were lots of people waiting to get in!

Jollywood Nights runs on certain nights between November 11th and December 20th. Tickets are still available for a few dates, so grab them while you can!

If you’re able to enter the park before the party starts (meaning you have a regular park ticket or Annual Pass), you can get a Jollywood Nights event wristband inside the park. But beware — it took our reporters 30-45 minutes to get a party wristband at the Vacation Fun theater in Echo Lake.

Lines were already starting to form just as the party was getting started! At Echo Lake, the line to meet Phineas and Ferb stretched all along the fence.

The Hollywood Tower Hotel’s Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club (an exclusive event within the exclusive event) was mobbed with people. The area behind the Tower of Terror attraction was quite crowded as people waited to get inside.

About two hours into the party, it was beginning to feel like there were too many people and not enough things to do right away. We saw lots of guests waiting for shows, characters, and even lounge access!
