BREAKING: Meet Mickey AND Minnie In a NEW Disney World Location Soon!

After years of waiting, HUGS are back in Disney World — well, with the characters, that is.

Hugs are BACK!

Back in April, many character meet-and-greets returned to “normal” with the opportunity to hug, pose for photos up close, and get autographs from some of your favorite characters across all four parks (AND even some restaurants). And, just as the ONLY place that you can meet Mickey and Minnie together returns to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney has revealed that soon there will be another place to get this unique experience!

Disney just announced that Minnie Mouse will officially be joining Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater in Magic Kingdom on July 6th, 2022!

Guests meeting the duo will be able to hug and take up-close photos with them sporting their 50th Anniversary EARidescent outfits.

Keep in mind that this meet-and-greet location is also available with Disney Genie+, so guests opting into the $15 per person, per day service will be able to skip the standby wait (which can get pretty long!).

Disney didn’t specify whether guests will be able to pose for photos with both Mickey and Minnie at the same time (like you can at Adventurers Outpost in Disney’s Animal Kingdom) or if they will be separated like characters are in Princess Fairytale Hall, but we’ll be there on July 6th to give you the latest!
