PHOTOS: Celebrate 15 YEARS of Expedition Everest With New Disney Items!

This year, we’re celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World, but there are other birthdays in store too!

This year, Expedition Everest — Legend of the Forbidden Mountain turns 15!!  And now there’s a special way for you to celebrate this big birthday.

Earlier today, we stopped by the Expedition Everest gift shop and found quite a few new items celebrating Everest’s 15th anniversary! And now you can bring these home to commemorate your love for this epic attraction.

First up, we’ve got a shirt with a rather grumpy looking yeti on it showing that there’s been 15 years of roaming’ with the snowman! You can also see the letters “1” and “5” have been inserted into the Expedition Everest name to commemorate the anniversary.

You can get this shirt for $36.99.

You can also snag a different shirt showing the Yeti ripping up those train tracks. Uh oh…hope you’re ready for one wild ride!

If you’re looking for a sweatshirt to keep you warm as you explore the Forbidden Mountain, you can snag this Expedition Everest Sweatshirt. Again, this one features our favorite Yeti tearing up those tracks, as well as the year Expedition Everest was established — 2006.

The sweatshirt can be yours for $44.99.

We also found a throw blanket with a HOOD(!) themed to the Yeti. It looks sooo soft and cozy.

While we were walking around we also found this Yeti Loungefly Bag that appears to be slightly different than the one we’ve seen in the past. You can get this bag for $80.
