Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is, no question, spectacular. The critics agree; this is the most immersive, extraordinary land Disney has ever produced.

That’s why, in the less than a year since it opened, Black Spire Outpost has won awards ranging from a Thea Award for Best Attraction to a Grammy nomination. 

First, the big one.

John Williams, a.k.a. the man who made Star Wars the musical powerhouse it is, was nominated for a Grammy for Best Instrumental Composition. The Galaxy’s Edge Symphonic Suite doesn’t actually play in the land proper but is an entirely unique composition that represents the sweeping adventure awaiting guests upon arrival.

The land also earned two Thea Awards from the Themed Entertainment Association; one for Outstanding Achievement – New Park Land, and another for Outstanding Achievement – Attraction. That second one was specifically for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. We wonder if they’ve changed their minds now that Rise of the Resistance is open.

The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) honored the land with three Brass Rings in November; one for the Lightsabers of Savi’s Workshop (Best Hard Good Item), one for Droid Depot (Best Visual Merchandising), and one for the adorable Porg (Best Plush Item).

Outside the industry, the Toy Association nominated the Droid Depot Custom Astromechs as Creative Toy of the Year.

Finally, Galaxy’s Edge was added to TIME’s list of World’s Greatest Places in 2019.
