You might not think Walt Disney World is the easiest place to eat healthily… and you’d be right.

There’s a lot of high sugar, processed food around Disney World. However, while Disney World isn’t the easiest place to eat well, it certainly isn’t difficult to eat healthy food at Disney, and there are a ton of great options!
We know it’s hard to pass on tasty snacks or to skip those Disney chicken nuggets for lunch, but there are some amazing Disney meals that will make you swing for the greens.
Here’s a list of 10 meals that will make you want to eat healthier at Walt Disney World!
Cannellini Bean Cassoulet — Be Our Guest
We’re starting off our healthy food tour in Magic Kingdom at Be Our Guest! The restaurant recently added some new plant-based options to the menu like the Cannellini Bean Cassoulet. Available as a lunch option, the Cassoulet is a fresh combo of white cannellini beans, tons of veggies, and garlic and herbs. It’s a light way to stay fueled up all day in the park!

Antipasto Salad — Pinocchio Village Haus
Also in Fantasyland is Pinocchio Village Haus. This counter service location offers a jumbled salad of diced ham, salami, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, provolone, romaine lettuce, and a zinfandel vinaigrette. Yum! This is a great option if you’re looking for a quick and easy healthy meal in Magic Kingdom.

Oak-grilled Rotisserie Chicken — Sunshine Seasons
Now, there’s no beating the healthy eats at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. The quick service restaurant in The Land pavilion serves produce from the greenhouses of Living with the Land. Pretty cool, right? We love the Oak-grilled Rotisserie Chicken as a healthy option that’s super filling.

Grilled Yuzu Salmon — Tokyo Dining
World Showcase has its fair share of fresh and healthy options as well. Tokyo Dining has a ton of sushi, which can be really healthy when you make thoughtful choices! Plus, there’s a yummy selection of healthy entrees like the Grilled Yuzu Salmon which comes served with sweet potato and mixed greens.

Grilled Beef Tenderloin Shish Kebab — Restaurant Marrakesh
If you’re looking to be adventurous with your meals, head to Restaurant Marrakesh in the Morocco pavilion. This location is known for having traditional Moroccan choices, and North African cuisine tends toward the healthier side of things! Try out the Grilled Beef Tenderloin Shish Kebab for an indulgent (but still healthy!) option.

Lunch Buffet — Hollywood and Vine
In Hollywood Studios at lunch time? Go to the Lunch Buffet at Hollywood and Vine. Yes, all-you-care-to-enjoy doesn’t usually seem like the healthiest idea, but the options at this dining location are delicious and good for you! There’s all the fruit, lean meat, fish, and veggies you could possibly want!

Fajita Combo Platter — Fairfax Fare
A quicker option in Hollywood Studios is over at Fairfax Fare on Sunset Boulevard. Fairfax Fare is known for its fajitas and with good reason! Heaps of grilled peppers and onions piled high with grilled chicken makes for a filling and flavorful meal. Plus, the combo platter is served with cilantro rice and black beans!

Donald’s Dining Safari — Tusker House
We love the food in Animal Kingdom, and you might want to join Donald Duck at Tusker House if you’re thinking of going healthy. This is another all-you-care-to-enjoy choice with an African-inspired buffet loaded with grains, veggies, and protein. The desserts are really good too, and since you’re healthy eating your way around the parks, get that sugar fix!

Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu Bowl — Satu’li Canteen
Pandora — World of AVATAR in Animal Kingdom has an awesome counter service location with Satu’li Canteen. Create a bowl from a ton of super healthy options. We love the Chili-Spiced Crispy Tofu Bowl. Have it with your choice of base, like fresh greens, and your choice of sauce. The options at Satu’li are all pretty healthy, and you don’t want to miss this chance to eat outside the box!

Chicken Wrap — Typhoon Tilly’s
Lastly, there are some awesome healthy options at Typhoon Lagoon. Typhoon Tilly’s might not seem like the kind of place with the healthiest meals, but check out their Chicken Wrap! Chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and black beans make for a lean and tasty way to fuel up. It’s a great choice to wrap up our list!

And there are some pretty delicious helpful options in Disney World! Next time you’re eyeing those plain old chicken tenders, think about eating something a little healthier and a lot more interesting!
