Go Wild with These New Lion King Magic Shots at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Disney’s Animal Kingdom is doing BIG things to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of The Lion King. From introducing an assortment of new snacks to adding a Lion King section to The Tree of Life Awakenings show, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will have us all believing that we’re king or queen of Pride Rock.

And now, Disney has introduced some really fun Lion King-inspired Magic Shots that you can ask PhotoPass photographers to take around Animal Kingdom with your family and friends.

A few of these have been around for a little while and were introduced as Disney’s current favorite Animal Kingdom Magic Shots. Get a look at all of those here!

Today Disney announced a few more Magic Shots, including this adorable shot that makes us think about the Lion King photo spot near the entrance to Pandora! Check it out here!

You can snap this photo near the exit of Kilimanjaro Safaris.

Have you ever wanted to get a picture with Zazu? Well, now you can when asking a Cast Member to take a Magic Shot while on the bridge leading into Africa!

Have a little bit of a “Namaste” moment with Rafiki by taking this photo near Harambe Market.

And before you come into the park, catch up with our favorite pals Timon, Pumbaa, and Simba!

You will be able to take these wildly fun shots from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. around Disney’s Animal Kingdom every day this summer. Just be sure to ask a PhotoPass Cast Member to take a Magic Shot when you’re at one of these locations.
