Disney World just made so many huge announcements this week!

Soarin’ Across America

Soarin’ Across America is a brand new version of Soarin’ that will celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the U.S.!

Soarin’ Across America will soar riders across both coasts of the U.S., highlighting some of the country’s natural beauty and iconic cityscapes. It will open at EPCOT on May 26th!

Disney World Just Revealed CRITICAL Details About The Changes Coming To Soarin’

Bluey

Bluey will be moving into Animal Kingdom with the new Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station! This was previously announced as a summer-exclusive event, but will now be a permanent addition to Disney World.

Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station lets you meet Bluey and Bingo, play games from the show with them, and meet animals native to Bluey’s home country of Australia at the petting zoo, Jumping Junction. This will open on May 26th!

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad closed in January 2025 for an all-over refurbishment that includes new geysers, new lighting and effects, as well as a new, smoother track.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is set to reopen in early May 2026, though Disney has not shared an exact date. Stay tuned for the reopening announcement!

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin closed last fall for a reimagining that we’re so excited for. There will be brand new ride vehicles, targets, and blasters!

The Magic Kingdom ride will reopen on April 8th with a new scene and ride photos, too!

The Walt Disney Studios Courtyard

Disney closed the Animation Courtyard at Hollywood Studios last fall and announced a complete overhaul of the land. The new Walt Disney Studios Courtyard will open on May 26th!

This new land will have a new Disney Jr. show with an all-new attraction, The Magic of Disney Animation. You can meet animated characters like Rapunzel and Mulan at Off the Page, or you can learn to draw Disney characters in Olaf Draws!

BREAKING: Disney Announces Opening Date for NEW Hollywood Studios Land

Free Dining Plan and More Discounts

Disney announced a new deal where guests staying at a Disney resort with a 4-night, 4-day package can eat for free! The Disney Dining Plan credits two meals, one snack, and one Resort refillable drink mug per person. It’s available most nights throughout 2026, but it needs to be booked by April 30th, 2026, to eat for free!

Disney also released a new 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket, plus hotel discounts for Florida Residents, Annual Passholders, and the general public, too.
