Why Annual Passholders Are Rushing to EPCOT in December

Annual Passholders, we’ve got some news for you! 

As a Disney World Annual Passholder, there are numerous special perks and opportunities you get throughout the year — exclusive magnets, the ability to take part in some fun activities around the park that normal guests don’t get to, and sometimes, there are even special food and drink offerings JUST for you! Last year at EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays, we spotted a special Annual Passholder drink, and not only is it BACK this year, but it’s gotten an upgrade!

At the past two International Festival of the Holidays, you could grab the Frostbite Frozen Slushy from Refreshment Station, which was cute, don’t get us wrong, but the drink itself was just meh. The cup, on the other hand? Yeah, that Annual Passholder cup was ADORABLE, and certainly the main reason people came to grab this drink. We still have ours in our cabinet!

This year, the special Annual Passholder slushy is returning yet again, but the cup has changed! Believe it or not, we may love this one even more, because it stars our favorite purple dragon — Figment!

He’s a little hard to see from the only photo we’ve got of him right now, but we can see that the cup clearly says it’s from Festival of the Holidays, and Figment is flying around having a great time in his Christmas sweater on the other side!

Otherwise, it sounds like the slushy is the same from the year prior — a blue raspberry slushy with assorted candies on top, and it’ll be available at Refreshment Station from November 28th through December 30th (the duration of the festival) while supplies last. It’ll only be available to Annual Passholders, so all others will unfortunately be out of luck!

It’s also very unlikely these cups will be found anywhere else after the festival concludes, so if you really want one, buying the drink is the way to go!
