CONFIRMED: An EPCOT Ride Is CHANGING in September

It’s finally September — and there’s only ONE burning question on everyone’s minds!

Fall is now in full swing at Disney World, and now that we’re in the “-ber” months, there’s a lot to take in. If you’ve been meticulously planning your next Disney World visit for this month in hopes of catching one elusive song on a popular ride, Disney has just confirmed your time is coming!

Riding all the rides I can get on during my Disney World visits is truly the name of the game for me. That’s made even better when I’m able to knock out a few of the most popular rides early enough in the day for a chance at a second ride through later on.

If you’re anything like me and cursed to hear one particular song on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, then multiple rides during your visit might finally result in your song of choice — eventually. For me personally, and it sounds like many of you, the preferred song choice to jam out to during your ride with the Guardians is “September” by Earth, Wind, & Fire. And just like the song alludes to, the 21st will be THE day you want to snag a ride (and maybe a repeat) on this thrilling coaster!

Disney has just confirmed that on September 21st, instead of the normal gamut of songs you might hear on this ride — you’ll only hear “September” all day long.

It seems that Disney World is keeping with its tradition of playing the popular anthem on its notable day, as referenced in the song’s lyrics, and we’re thrilled to see this offering return for another year. If you’re looking to hop a ride with the Guardians this day, be ready for cheers and possible singing along from other riders surrounding you!
