Transportation in Disney World can be much easier than some people realize, because it’s all complimentary!
You can take the Monorail, Skyliner, Disney Bus, Ferries, and if you’re staying at a Disney World hotel, you can park your car at any of the Disney World parks for free. Minnie Vans are also a great way to get around the parks even quicker if you’re willing to pay an additional fee. However, things are changing BIG TIME when it comes to Minnie Vans and staying at Deluxe Resorts.
Starting, August 13th, Minnie Van airport service will be offered as another transportation option for Guests staying at Deluxe Disney Resort hotels!
A Standard Minnie Van can fit up to six passengers, but accessible vehicles are available upon request and offer seating for five people and space for two mobility devices (a maximum capacity of seven passengers). For any Minnie Vans, up to two complimentary car seats are available.
Guests can book Minnie Van airport service beginning 60 days in advance of their visit, or up to two days before. To check for availability and book Minnie Van airport service, you’ll need to call (407) 828-3500.
It’s important to note that this service is ONLY available to those staying at Deluxe Resorts. If you’re staying at a Moderate or Value Resort and want to take Disney transportation to and from the airport, you can look into Mears Connect, or take a rideshare service like Lyft or Uber.

I just called to see what the price difference was between the minnie van and Mears – it’s huge! It’s 199.00 one way. While it would be totally cool to take the cutest ride ever, it’s nearly 3X the cost of Mears. P.s. love your site and I’m anxiously awaiting Mickey’s Not So Spooky scoops after the 15th!!
