This RARE Magic Kingdom Fireworks Show Only Happens 2 Days Each Year!

Happy Fourth of July everybody!

4th of July

We just went to Magic Kingdom to check out the July 4th fireworks show, which happens exclusively for just two nights. Magic Kingdom shoots off a special fireworks celebration every year for July 4th, and this year was just as extravagant as the others!

Magic Kingdom puts on “Disney’s Celebrate America! — A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky,” and it’s a sight to see! The special fireworks are shown on both July 3rd and July 4th. They start at 9:20 PM, which means they don’t have the Happily Ever After fireworks for these nights.

We’re ready!

Since the exclusive firework show happens only two times a year, it’s pretty special to get to view it. It was pretty busy for the viewing, which was to be expected. We had to grab a good spot about an hour or so before showtime.

Look at that crowd!

There was a DJ playing music at the front of the castle again this year to entertain guests before the fireworks began, which we thought was pretty neat!

Jamming out!

It was VERY rainy yesterday evening, but thankfully, it didn’t affect the show! They went off as planned, and it was great to see, just like it is every year.

You’ve only got ONE more chance to see this show tonight before it goes back in the vault for another year! Be sure to grab your spots early, and just like with any fireworks show, bring earplugs if you or someone in your party is more sensitive to noise.

Beautiful!

If you’re visiting EPCOT today, you can also see “Heartbeat of Freedom” after “Luminous: The Symphony of Us“. Heartbeat of Freedom followed Luminous in 2024, and it’s here for a triumphant return in 2025. It starts at 9 PM, so grab your spot early!
