Pineapple Coconut Bread from ‘Ohana
Now, what to do if you want something a bit different for the appetizer? Maybe something a bit more tropical. Then it sounds like you’ll want to make some of this delicious Pineapple Coconut Bread straight from ‘Ohana in the Polynesian Village Resort!

Ingredients:
- 1-3/4 cups of water
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of shortening
- 4-1/2 cups of high gluten flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of instant yeast

- 1 cup of crushed pineapple
