It wouldn’t be a Thanksgiving meal without a turkey, right? We found a recipe for the classic comfort food from Hollywood and Vine at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Here’s what you’ll need to make this dish.
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs. turkey thigh meat, raw
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 to 2 gallons brown gravy (demi sauce)
- 1 qt. burgundy wine
- 2 cups potato wedges (roasted)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup flour

The gravy is easy to make, and requires just a few things!

- 2 Quarts Turkey or Chicken Stock or low sodium broth
- 1/2 cup Diced Celery
- 1/2 cup Diced Onions
- 1 cup All purpose flour

We don’t know about you, but some creamy mashed potatoes sound GREAT right about now. The ones Disney serves at Whispering Canyon Cafe are a BIG hit among Disney fans, so make them at home this holiday season!

We LOVE mac and cheese! The Jiko recipe is a particular favorite of ours, so give it a try this Thanksgiving.
The sauce is one of the BEST parts!

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups Quattro Fromage (4-cheese mixture of asiago, provolone, fontina, and gruyere cheeses)
