Dining at Disney World costs a pretty penny and, unfortunately, that’s not easing up any time soon.

There’s no denying it: Budgeting for Disney World isn’t very fun. Between allocating what you spend on lodging and where you eat, the planning process can cause a lot of headaches. Well, it looks like budgeting won’t get any easier in the near future, as Disney just announced several price increases, including at Disney World restaurants.
We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Disney World confirmed that over 100 restaurants at the resort saw price increases. We’ve rounded up all of the changes so you know what to expect on your next Disney World vacation!

- Sleepy Hollow
- Cinderella’s Royal Table
- Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe

Character Dining
Eating with characters is an essential part of a Disney World trip for many fans…but unfortunately, that just got more expensive as well.

For example, Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort saw the following changes:
- Breakfast — $58 adult; $37 child (previously $54 adult; $34 child)
- Lunch — $69 adult; $44 child (previously $66 adult; $44 child)
- Dinner — $69 adult; $44 child (previously $66 adult; $44 child)

Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is one of the cheapest character meals in all of Disney World. However, it just got a bit more expensive.
- Breakfast — $49 adult; $33 child (previously $47 adult; $30 child)
- Dinner — $49 adult; $29 child (previously $47 adult; $27 child)

Cinderella’s Royal Table, Garden Grill, and several others were also impacted.

At this point the price increases on food are just being made up as another revenue generator.
Price increases can also reflect any new union contract negotiations, lack of domestic oil production (importation of foreign gas) and shipping blockades. But yes, inflation sucks.
