Attractions, rides, pools, restaurants, and more undergo refurbishment at Disney World all the time. It’s not uncommon for any of these to close for extended periods, so Disney can make updates and ensure everything is working properly.

Recently, two hotel food courts were partially closed for refurbishment, and one was supposed to open on September 29th. However, it seems Disney has made an update to the schedule.
Everything Pop Shopping and Dining is the gift store and food court located at Disney’s Pop Century Resort. There are multiple counters with a variety of food options at the food court, however, on July 29th, it partially closed so updates could be made.

During its refurbishment, a limited menu was still available to order from via mobile order and seating was limited. It was originally scheduled to fully reopen on September 29th, but an update to the Disney World website shows that not to be the case. The website for the food court now states “From September 29 to November 30, 2024, the Everything POP Food Court will be undergoing refurbishment. Please be prepared to use alternate entrances to the food court—and be aware that dining room seating may be limited.”

This is Pop Century’s main dining location other than Petals Pool Bar which serves a small menu of bar food and drinks. Luckily, mobile order is still available at Everything Pop while it undergoes refurbishment, so if you’re hoping to catch a quick bite before heading to the parks, be sure to use the My Disney Experience app to place your order. Be aware of alternate entrances and limited seating when you go to pick it up.

This is the second food court that has gotten an extension to its refurbishment schedule. World Premiere Food Court at All-Star Movies was scheduled to reopen on July 31st, but it was extended until mid-October. Like Everything Pop, mobile order and limited seating is also available at World Premiere.

If you don’t want to mobile order from these hotel food courts, there are plenty of other dining options around Disney World! You can choose from over 100 different restaurants in the parks, at other hotels, or at Disney Springs. You’re sure to find something that you’ll enjoy. You can browse the Disney World app for options and to make reservations if needed.
