Yesterday, Disney World announced the cancelations of numerous tours for September 26th, however these tours will now be happening.

Disney World announced yesterday that Typhoon Lagoon and Disney World’s miniature golf courses would be closed on September 26th because of Hurricane Helene. Additionally, they canceled Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on the evening of the 26th and Disney announced that Savor the Savanna, Up Close with Rhinos, Walking with Giants, and Wild Africa Trek tours would be canceled.

However, the tours are no longer listed on the closures section of Disney World’s website, so if you were hoping to take part in one of these tours today, you are in luck! These tours take place in Disney’s Animal Kingdom and let you get a behind-the-scenes look and some up-close time with the animals there.

All of the other closures remain in effect, but the four tours that were previously canceled will now be happening. Disney World is not out of the clear yet though, you can still expect rain, winds, and possible tornadoes in the area on September 26th. Disney World is currently under both a Tornado Watch and a Tropical Strom Warning. However, one less thing will be closed.
