Most Disney World treats are pretty easy to find. You see a tasty treat online, head to Magic Kingdom, walk into the Main Street Bakery, and walk out with a sweet new dessert. Easy! But there’s one snack spot in Disney World that’s a little more…complicated.

Yep, we’re talking about Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. What’s the big deal? Well, first of all, the menu changes every month. But — and this is the real challenge — the line just to enter the bakery is often SUPER long. In fact, you may even need to join a virtual queue first! Then, you’ve got to deal with items selling out, a limited “Hot Cookie Hour,” and a rotating cake schedule each day. See what we mean?

But in the end, it’s all worth it! Those Gideon’s Bakehouse cookies are HEAVENLY, and we could go on and on about the cake, too. Want to see this month’s NEW menu? Check out the Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl. This month’s new cookie features Gideon’s popular PB dough with Triple Chocolate dough. The cookies are topped with Chocolate Chips, PB Chips, and House-made Candied Peanuts. This treat is available throughout March, and there’s a limit of two per person. ⁣

Gideon’s Bakehouse has a special new cake, too! You can get a NEW Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake slice throughout the month! This is two layers of PB Cake with a layer of Chocolate Cake in the middle! The icing is PB and Chocolate Buttercream swirled together and topped with a PB Ganache and some PB and Chocolate Mini Chips. This cake is available by the slice every Wednesday and Saturday in March. ⁣YUM!

There’s also a Dark Mocha Nitro Cold Brew available this month. This is exclusive to Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs. The Cold Brew is a combination of Gideon’s locally roasted Cold Brew with high-quality dark chocolate. Sounds AMAZING.

Despite the challenges of this super popular little bakery, we’re willing to make the trip to Disney Springs month after month. We can’t wait to try the new March treats! Anyone else?
