When it comes to great eating, it’s hard to beat Disney Springs — and you don’t even need a park ticket to visit.

Some of our favorite restaurants are in Disney Springs, like Homecomin‘, Morimoto Asia, Chicken Guy!, Polite Pig, and more. We also really love Wine Bar George, and now, we have a new reason to visit.
So why do we want to return to Wine Bar George? Well, in addition to all our favorite dishes that are on the menu there, they just announced that there are now some NEW foods and beverages to try as part of their special summer menu! For starters, the Watermelon & Arugula Salad has been replaced with a new Seasonal Salad with a house-made vinaigrette for $13. It’s on the brunch, lunch, and dinner menu.

On the lunch menu, you can also now order Snapper Crudo with miso and mushroom broth, cucumber pearls, and scallion oil for $18. Cauliflower Buds is another new item. It’s served with Thai chilis, cipollini onion, soubise, and crispy shallot for $13.
Or you could get the Snapper Sandwich, with sauce gribiche, pickled onions, arugula, and house-made chips for $20. The M.C.T. is made with Mortadella, calabrese, tomato, olive tapenade, and avocado on house-made focaccia with house-made chips for $18.

A new dessert is also available. The Rolled Pavlova is made with White chocolate mousse, macerated berries, and miso caramel for $8.
The dinner menu also has some new entrees. The NY Strip Steak for $48 replaced the Grilled Ribeye. It’s served with parsnips, Swiss chard, rosemary vinaigrette, and guajillo butter. Chicken Roulade is new, too, for $36. It’s served with mushroom duxelles, English peas, spinach, cipollini onions, and mint essence.

There are even some new cocktails to try. The Cantaloupe Island is made with cantaloupe, Ford’s gin, OkaKura Bermutto yuzu, lemon, and cinchona syrup for $16. The No, But I Will is made with Boyd & Bair silver rum, Hamilton 151 rum, Domaine de Canton, pineapple, cream of coconut, and lime for $16. Finally, the Loch Down is made with Glen Scotia Double Cask Single Malt, Lagavulin 16, Barolo Chinato, Luxardo Apricot, pineapple. and lemon for $16.

A new cider, the Vermonter Botanical Cider is also on the menu for $12. Also, new is the Captain Lawrence Seasonal IPA for $15.
So just use this knowledge as a new excuse to visit Wine Bar George. We’ll keep an eye out for other menu changes in Disney World, so be sure to check back with AllEars again often.
