One of Disney World’s FANCIEST Dining Experiences Returns TODAY

Most things in Disney World have returned to normal since the parks reopened, though there are still a few reminders of the closures.

EPCOT

Park pass reservations are here to stay, and restaurants are still being brought back in phases. We recently saw Akershus reopen in EPCOT’s Norway Pavilion, and now another EPCOT signature dining location is open for guests again!

Takumi-Tei is officially open after being closed for more than two years! This signature dining experience located in EPCOT’s Japan Pavilion is one of our absolute favorite spots to have a fancy meal in Disney World, so we’re stoked to see it open once again.

Takumi-Tei

As of right now, reservations are not being accepted at Takumi-Tei, and guests are being served on a walk-up, first come, first served basis. That could change in the coming weeks, and we’ll keep you updated if that happens.

The new menu features two omakase multi-course meals, priced at $250 for omnivorous eats, and $150 for a plant-based meal. The restaurant will be open from Thursday to Monday from 5PM to 7:30PM and will serve a limited number of guests.

Temari Sushi from Takumi-Tei

While this is one of our favorite experiences in Disney World, it is a full experience — meaning it isn’t very quick. You’ll want to carve out a couple hours of time to dine at Takumi-Tei, so this isn’t a spot to add to your list if you’re looking for something fast during a busy park day.

We’ll be bringing you our full review of Takumi-Tei soon, so be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for that and more Disney news!
