Takumi-Tei Officially Has a Reopening Date in EPCOT

While we’re two years now since Disney World reopened, there are still restaurants we’ve been waiting to see come back.

EPCOT!

We’ve seen a lot return, from  restaurants to the resorts to the experiences! And now we’ve got information on the return of a luxurious EPCOT spot.

Thanks to reader Joe (@schreiberjoe on Instagram), we’ve learned that Takumi-Tei in EPCOT’s Japan pavilion will reopen on November 23rd! This dining spot has beautiful decor and amazing food.

The new menu will feature two omakase multi-course meals, priced at $250 for omnivorous eats, and $150 for a plant-based meal. The restaurant will be open from Thursday to Monday from 5PM to 7:30PM, serving a limited number of walk-in guests.

Takumi-Tei is more of an experience than a restaurant. All of the dishes we tried were intentional, meaningful, and delicious. It does take a while to eat all of the different courses they present to you, so this might not be the place to go if you just need a quick bite.
