The holidays have arrived in Disney World in a BIG way, but there’s still more coming!
We’ve spotted decorations in every Disney World park, there are huge gingerbread creations at several hotels, and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party has already kicked off in Magic Kingdom. Now, there’s been another major change in EPCOT that shows the holiday season is now in full swing.
Today, we noticed that the Christmas tree is officially UP in EPCOT!
This tree is located near the entrance to World Showcase. It features ornaments inspired by countries and celebrations from around the world, and it’s topped with an angel holding up a globe. There’s bright, sparkly, blue garland around the whole thing, along with large golden bells.
We’ve spotted other holiday decor in EPCOT as well, such as snowflakes in World Showcase and garland near the entrance to the park.
We’re anxiously awaiting the start of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which will last from November 25th through December 30th. This festival will bring festive food booths, holiday storytellers, and themed entertainment to the park. And you’ll be happy to know that the cookie stroll will return this year as well!
