This summer has already brought many things to Universal Orlando Resort. We’ve seen a new movie-themed store, a summer tribute store that’s coming soon, and we just did a video on the best and worst coasters in the parks that we think you should check out before your next trip. If you’ll be staying on property this summer, be sure to check out these new cocktails and mocktails coming to 3 Universal Orlando resorts.
To celebrate the season, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort are all debuting new drinks, some of them with Bruno Mars’ SelvaRey Rum due to their new partnership with the award-winning drink. At Loews Royal Pacific Resort, you can try the Royal Sunrise made with SelvaRey Coconut Rum, Chambord, fresh pineapple, mint, pineapple juice, soda, and topped with Prosecco.
Or you can grab the mocktail called the Kiddie Pool made with Coolbreeze Blue Raspberry, pineapple juice, and Sprite.
Over at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, you can try the alcoholic drink, the Funky Monkey made with SelvaRey Chocolate Rum, banana liqueur, Coolbreeze ice cream mix, chocolate swirl, and garnished with pineapple and a cherry.
Also at this resort, the Watermelon Raspberry Lemonade mocktail includes lemonade, watermelon syrup, mint, and is garnished with raspberries.
Lastly, over at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, you can try the Dessert in Italy alcoholic beverage with SelvaRey Chocolate Rum, Bailey’s, DiSaronno Amaretto, and garnished with black cherries.
The last drink on the list is the Tropical Splash mocktail! It’s made with pineapple juice, orange juice, soda water, grenadine, agave syrup, lime juice, and garnished with lime, orange, and cherry.

Just got back and honestly the Strong Water Tavern at Sapphire Falls is a nice place to have a drink. The rum flights/tastings are great and even their Mai Tai is very well done. In the parks, Hogs Head in Hogsmeade is the place to go for a cold drink.
