A beloved Disney World attraction is coming back after a long refurbishment!
When Expedition Everest in Disney’s Animal Kingdom closed for refurbishment back in January, the ride was expected to come back in Mid-April. Today, we just found out that the ride is coming back on April 16th, but a select group got to ride it early!
While in Animal Kingdom today, we spotted some Cast Members getting an early ride on Expedition Everest prior to its official reopening!
It was also announced today that when Expedition Everest returns for the public, it will be available for Lightning Lane on Genie+. It was previously available for individual attraction selection, which meant you had to pay an additional fee to skip the line. Now, it’ll be available with the rest of the Genie+ attractions for $15 a day,
