MCO saw 40.3 million passengers in 2021, and it was recently declared the seventh busiest airport in the U.S. There are 44 airlines that currently service MCO, and now it’s about to get a new one!

Orlando International Airport just announced that Play Airlines, a budget-friendly Icelandic airline, will be servicing MCO beginning on September 30th, 2022. This airline will travel from Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland.

MCO is the fourth destination for Play Airlines in the U.S., and they will operate flights to MCO on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and from MCO on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
