Take Yoga and Fitness Classes at Disney Springs for Health & Wellness Month!

Happy New Year, everyone!

2022 is finally here, and the new year is full of new opportunities! There are several new experiences coming to the Disney Parks in 2022 like the 2022 Flower and Garden Festival in EPCOT,  runDisney weekends, and the continual celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World! One more 2022 event was just revealed, and it could potentially help with some of those New Years resolutions. 

January is Health and Wellness month at Disney Springs! There will be new offerings like Wellness Wednesdays and Fitness Fridays, as well as exclusive foods and sales.

On select Wednesday and Friday mornings in Disney Springs, fitness classes will be offered. Here are the classes and when they’re happening! The classes will all take place in the Town Center area of Disney Springs (near Ever After Jewelry Co. & Accessories).

• Power Yoga with Fabletics and Orlando Power Yoga: 9 AM-11 AM on January 26th
• HIIT Workout Class presented by Fabletics: 9 AM-11 AM on January 5th
• HIIT Workout Class at Under Armor Brand House: 9AM-11 AM on January 19th and 28th
• Warrior One Yoga at lululemon: 9 AM-11 AM on January 12th and 21st

Be sure to register for the classes here! Fit2Run will also be fitting people for their perfect pair of running shoes as always.

There are also special food options and sales available during Health and Wellness month, like 50% off on one ounce tea bags with the purchase of an Infuser Mug at The Spice and Tea Exchange.

Yesake Kiosk has a Tofu Power Bowl and Boba tea that are only available until April 30th.

Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant is serving plant based, plant focusedm gluten free, and fish dishes, as well as live entertainment!
