We’ve been anxiously awaiting the opening of EPCOT’s Space 220 restaurant for quite some time now.
The opening of the new space-themed restaurant has been delayed several times but, the wait will soon be over. Disney shared that the restaurant is set to open on September 20th, and if you’re ready to go check it out ASAP, we now know when reservations will officially open!
Guests will be able to book dining reservations for Space 220 on the Disney World website or in the My Disney Experience app beginning September 20th.
For the first week of operation (September 20th-26th), Space 220 will be accepting walk-ups for guests wishing to dine at the new location. However, reservations are available (and strongly recommended) on September 27th and beyond.
The restaurant will open daily for lunch (with a two-course prix fixe menu) and for dinner (with a three-course prix fixe menu). Disney just released menus today, and we’re excited to try out all the new options when it opens next week.
So, be sure that you have your calendars marked for September 20th when reservations open or 60 days in advance of when you want to dine if you’ll be visiting in the future. And, keep in mind that Space 220 will also feature a lounge for guests who just want to travel up to space for a cocktail or two as well!
And, we’ll make sure to keep an eye on any more details released about Space 220 and bring you the first look inside when it opens, so stay tuned!
