New Sweet (and Spicy) Treats Arrive in Disney World This Week!

For some park-goers, snacks can be the main attraction when visiting Disney World.

Cinderella Castle

And, hey, we get it! Disney is full of delicious eats and drinks, and there’s always something new to try. And, this week was no different! We tried some new sweet (and spicy) snacks that we just can’t stop thinking about — so we’re bringing them to you so you can give them a try on your next trip!

These are the 5 BEST things we ate (and drank) in Disney World this week!

Fractured Timeline

This week, the long-awaited Loki finally premiered on Disney+, and lots of Disney Springs shops were celebrating! And, if you’re a sour apple fan, then you’ll want to head straight to The Ganachery to try the new Fractured Timeline. It is a sour apple ganache pop that features the perfect mix of sweet and tart flavors.

The chocolate shell on the outside provides a nice crunch to balance out the sour apple filling on the inside. Yes, it is a little messy, but it’s totally worth it!

It is currently available for $7.

Loki Mousse Dome

And, over at Amorette’s Patisserie, we found a new Loki Mousse Dome cake that has a lemon chiffon cake with dulcey mousse, green apple gelee, and salted caramel crisp pearls for $9. The lemon cake was super light and the coolest part was actually what was buried inside…

…the tesseract!

The Cast Member said that this cake should be around for the entirety of the 6 episode series, so you’ve got a few weeks to head to Disney Springs before this treat vanishes into thin air like Loki.

Paradise Pride Pastry

Amorette’s Patisserie also had a new Paradise Pride Pastry in honor of Pride Month, so we gave it a try as well! It is made with salted caramel spiced mousse, coconut mousse with passion fruit center, and whipped passion fruit ganache, rainbow pearls, a tropical flower, and a decorative rainbow heart on top.

This dessert was super unique and had a nice creamy texture. The main flavors that we picked up on were the passion fruit and the caramel, which we certainly weren’t complaining about! It costs $7 and is available for a limited time.

Melon Colada

As it starts to get even warmer in Florida, we’ve also stumbled upon some new drinks, and over at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, there’s a new secret menu drink called the Melon Colada at Barefoot Pool Bar. It is made with a piña colada mix, watermelon syrup, Midori melon liqueur, and then topped with a sugared rim for $13.

We loved the sugar rim and found that it paired nicely with the melon, pineapple, and coconut flavors that were in the drink!

Speziato Riva

And, over at Disney’s Riviera Resort, we stopped by Bar Riva (the pool bar) to try out the new Speziato Riva on the menu. It has Patron Silver, Ancho Reyes Poblano, agave, lime, and gingerbeer and is topped with muddled strawberries and a strawberry slice for $16.

Now, we’ve got to warn you about this drink — it is SPICY. But, if you’re feeling adventurous, this is the drink to try! You can taste a lot of the poblano pepper and the lime and agave give it a slightly sweet taste.

So, that’s it for another week of eating and drinking our way around Disney World! We’ll continue to keep an eye out for new snacks that pop up in the parks and resorts, so stay tuned to AllEars for the latest!
