Have you been to Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs?

The shop opened at the end of last year and has been a huge hit since then with its massive cookies and cake slices. Guests wait in the virtual queue for hours just to try one of Gideon’s treats, and we can’t say we blame them! But if you’re planning a visit here soon, there are two changes that you need to know about!
Gideon’s Bakehouse shared some important news with their followers on Instagram this morning, posting two new announcements to their stories. The first shares some changes to their virtual queue while the second discusses a (GASP) cookie shortage.

If you’re headed to Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs, you’ll likely have to wait in their virtual queue. Typically, the sign-up spot for the virtual queue is near the bridge to Sprinkles, but now, Gideon’s shared that they are testing a new place. Starting today, you’ll need to head to the right of the Gideon’s Bakehouse entrance (directly under the gargoyle) to get your return time.

The other news that was shared was regarding the fan-favorite Peanut Butter Crunch cookies. Unfortunately, there is a shortage of peanut butter chips and thus, Gideon’s Bakehouse will have a limited number of peanut butter cookies until May. If Peanut Butter Crunch is your favorite flavor, you’ll need to get there early for the next few weeks!
