Gideon’s Bakehouse Announces NEW Menu Items for Disney World — See the Full May 2025 Lineup

Gideon’s Bakehouse is hands down one of our favorite places to get a sweet treat in Disney Springs!

Crazy enough, it’s already May in 2025, but that means Gideon’s JUST dropped its NEW May menu! Gideon’s is celebrating “halfway to Halloween”, and it’s featuring desserts old and new. Let’s take a look at what’s coming!

Gideon’s Bakehouse is a very popular spot in Disney Springs! If you choose to go, be prepared to wait in a long line. The bakery serves massive, nearly 1/2 pound cookies and big cake slices, among a few other things.

Do you remember Barnabas Mephistophelittle? He has returned for “halfway to Halloween”, and just like every year, he is coming with a grand selection of tasty treats and possibly some tricks! Gideon’s will be serving some “never-before-seen” sweets, as well as some of our favorites from before. Each weekend of May will get a different treat.

• May 22nd:⁣⁣⁣⁣ Gideon’s Goth Day Cake⁣⁣⁣⁣
• May 24th & 25th:⁣⁣⁣⁣ Frankenstein Chocolate Dipped Cookie Cake Slices⁣⁣⁣⁣
• May 29th to 31st:⁣⁣⁣⁣ “SUPER TOP SECRET MEGA ITEMS BECAUSE THIS WEEKEND IS GONNA BE A BIG ONE! ” — what could this be??

If you’ve been to Gideon’s before, you know there is always a “Cookie of the Month”. The Cookie of the Month for May is the Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip! That’s right, Gideon’s fans, it’s back! This handmade, almost 1/2 pound cookie is both filled and topped with freshly ground decaf beans, mixed with crunchy chunks of toffee and smooth chocolate. All of this goodness in a vanilla bean cookie! It’s the return of an “OG Limited Edition Cookie” that fans have made clear that they missed.⁣⁣⁣⁣

There’s a NEW cold brew coming to the bakehouse — introducing the Almond Cookie Cold Brew! It has the perfect mix of brown sugar, sweet almonds, and vanilla — creating a delightful experience! It’ll only be available at Gideon’s in Disney Springs this May! ⁣⁣⁣⁣

The crazy part is, this is only a part of the WAVE 1 of merchandise for this month, according to their Instagram. We’ll have to stay on the lookout for information on the next waves!

We also finally got the menu for May cakes! They all look so good, we might have to get one for each day of the week. They even have a surprise Bonus Goth Cake for May 22nd!

Lastly, there are two collectible menus for the month! They will be switching from one to the other halfway through the month, so be ready. Gideon’s has also announced they will be doubling Series 3 Trading Cards placed in the boxes, and with online orders!
