Since the reopening of the park, the Dino-Rama section of DinoLand, U.S.A. has been a relatively quiet area as Triceratop Spin is the only ride available. So, we took a trip out to Animal Kingdom today to see how the reintroduction of some of the games impacts the experience!
Select games reopened at 10AM this morning, including Bronto Score. At this game, players must try to shoot a basketball inside a hoop in order to win. Players were given the same ball back after each shot, and the Cast Member sanitized the ball at the end of their turn.
At Comet Crashers, only three guests were able to play at a time, while others wait on distancing markers.
With Comet Crashers, guests try to throw a ball into a winning slot as indicated by the color on the inside.
Some Comet Crasher stations were closed to allow guests to maintain distance.
Tickets to play games cost $5 each and the games each require one ticket per person.
We noticed that they had some adorable new prizes available for winners to choose.
Here’s a closer look at some of the plush prizes.
They had plenty of dinos available for guests who want a prize themed to the land!
Several of the games were still closed during our visit, including Fossil Fueler…
It was pretty quiet when we first stopped by, but the crowd did start to pick up a bit towards the afternoon. The reintroduction of the Fossil Fun Games does make this area feel more active than before!
Have you played any of the Fossil Fun Games in Animal Kingdom? Which one is your favorite? Let us know in the comments!
