These Photos Show Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle Looking VERY Different in Disney World!

Prior to the park’s closure, Disney World had announced that they would be giving Cinderella Castle a makeover in celebration of the 70th-anniversary of Cinderella!

While not many updates have been given on the makeover’s progress during the closure, some new photos have surfaced that give us a closer look at how Cinderella’s royal abode is looking as of late!

When Disney first announced the makeover, they shared a concept art image that highlighted the royal gold, and deep blue colors that would be applied to the castle.

Thanks to pictures from @bioreconstruct on Twitter, we have a better view of exactly what work has been done so far! As you can see, the spires are looking very blue, with the majority of them sorting that fresh coat of paint!

Photos were also posted from the front view of the castle, where you can see that painting for the rose gold exterior has made some progress as well!

With just a little less than a month left before Disney’s Magic Kingdom reopens to guests, we’re excited to see how far along the makeover will be when the park reopens!
