Regal Eagle, the fast-casual BBQ joint coming to Epcot’s American Adventure pavilion, has gone DisneyWorld.com official with its very own dining page!

The reimagined spot — which replaces former occupant of the space, Liberty Inn — will serve up BBQ classics from four distinct regions of the country. And the new page — which does not yet include a link to the menu that we previewed here — gives us a closer look at a few of the dishes we’ll be digging into this winter!

In addition to some mouth-watering food photography, the page also includes a taste of the four house-recipe sauces diners will enjoy when they stop in.

Texas-style Spicy Mop Sauce joins Sweet BBQ Sauce (“inspired by classic dry rub seasonings”), Vinegar-based Sauce (hey, NC-style!), and Tangy Mustard Sauce (which Disney notes is “referred to as ‘Carolina Gold'”).

The authenticity of these sauces will likely be of some debate when the restaurant opens this winter, but whether they get it right (hopefully!) or hedge their flavorful bets, we can’t wait to dig in!
