Epcot’s American Adventure Pavilion to Welcome New Restaurant Later this Year

The American Adventure Pavilion in Epcot will be welcoming a new fast-casual barbecue restaurant to the pavilion later this year.

The new location, called Regal Eagle Smokehouse, will take the place of Liberty Inn.

Liberty Inn will close on July 8, 2019, as the location prepares for the redesign and re-imagination.

Liberty Inn

Regal Eagle Smokehouse will be a modern barbecue smokehouse with a large smoker preparing food every day on the pavilion’s promenade. You will be able to pair your barbecue with one of the craft brews that will be on tap. The current Liberty Inn patio space will also be redesigned.

We will keep you posted when more information is released, including an opening date.

  1. About time. I always thought offering hamburgers and hot dogs was uninspired considering the other World Showcase restaurants

  2. Sounds like a great idea! Should smell really good passing through. I’ve never tried anything in the current restaurant and always wonder why anyone would with all of the other things to try?

  3. Got no problem with BBQ, but Regal Eagle? Did they hold a “name that restaurant” contest in an elementary school during after recess Rhyme Time. Reminds me of the bar on the old Three’s Company sit com. Will Chrissy, Janet, Jack and Mr Roper be there?
