If you are in a time crunch at lunchtime Disney Springs‘ Jaleo is ready to help you! Starting today, Jaleo is offering Almuerzo Rapido, lunch in an hour.

The new, prix-fixe menu allows you to build your own meal by selecting options from three sections — plus dessert!

Jaleo Almuerzo Rapido Menu

Select one item from each section:

First Section

• Croquetas de pollo
  Traditional chicken fritters
• Gazpacho estilo Algeciras
  Classic chilled Spanish soup made with tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers
• Endivias con queso de cabra y naranjas
  Endives with goat cheese, oranges and almonds

Second Section

• Empedrat de mongetes
  Traditional Catalan bean salad with tomatoes, onions, black olives and sherry
  dressing
• Espinacas a la Catalana
  Sautéed spinach, pine nuts, raisins and apples
• Escalivada catalana
  Roasted red peppers, eggplant and sweet onions with sherry dressing served with toasted bread

Third Section

• Butifarra casera con mongetes
  Grilled pork sausage with sautéed white beans
• Pisto manchego con huevo frito*
  Stewed vegetables with fried egg
• Pollo a la brasa
  Grilled chicken served with garlic sauce
• Bikini de jamon con queso Manchego
  Pressed sandwich of Spanish hams and Manchego cheese

Dessert

• Flan al estilo tradicional de mamá Marisa con espuma de crema catalana
  A classic Spanish custard with ‘espuma’ of Catalan cream and oranges
• Helado y sorbete
  Choice of house-made ice cream

The prix-fixe meal costs $25.00 per person, excluding drinks. A glass of Red Sangria can be added for $5.00, or a glass of Cava Sangria for $7.00. Other drink options include:

• Kas Limon $6.00
• Fever Tree Ginger Beer $4.00
• Mexican Coke /Mexican Sprite $4.00
• La Columbe Regular or Decaf $3.00
• Espresso Regular or Decaf $4.00
• Cappuccino Regular or Decaf $5.00

Don’t worry, if you prefer a more relaxed pace to your lunch the standard lunch menu is also available.
