
As Scott mentioned yesterday, Disney Imagineers are experts when it comes to “forced perspective”. It tricks the eye into believing something is larger /taller than it really is. Walt was famous for this as he tried to deal with the space limitations at Disneyland.
Here is a recent example from the New Fantasyland, the Beast’s castle! The architecture makes it look much larger than it really is.
