Why Annual Passholders Are Suddenly Running to the Germany Pavilion in EPCOT

The best perk of an Annual Pass is being able to visit Disney World all of the time, but that’s not all!

Passholders have exclusive access to discounts at restaurants and shops, free souvenirs like magnets, and, in fact, entire merchandise collections dedicated to them! It gets even better during V.I.Passholder Days, which run through July 31st, with an exclusive EPCOT lounge, deeper discounts, and more. Now, there’s another perk to take advantage of in EPCOT, and it involves characters!

Last year, we saw the Genie meeting inside the air-conditioned, Passholder-only lounge, which takes the space of Restaurant Marakeesh in the Morocco Pavilion. Now, if you head a few pavilions over to Germany, you can have an exclusive meet and greet!

Head to Der Teddybar between 10 AM and 6 PM. Be ready to show your pass! Once we entered, there was only a short queue until we saw…

…DOPEY! A PhotoPass photographer is there to capture your moment with this iconic character.

It’s not often that we see the Seven Dwarfs in the parks. We’ve spotted them at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Magic Kingdom (all in the same room!), but it’s pretty rare to meet with Dopey one-on-one!

You have through July 31st to check out this character experience! Remember, you need a Park Pass Reservation to enter EPCOT unless you arrive after 2 PM or it’s a Good-to-Go Day on the calendar.
