REVIEW: Don't Judge This Disneyland Treat By Its Mobile Order Photo

Summer has arrived at Disneyland Resort, and that means we’re looking out for all the new snacks that give us all the summer break vibes.

The moment we saw this one announced, we had our hopes high. Lemon is a popular flavor during summertime (no better time for lemonade, right?), so when we heard Schmoozies! had a lemon shake available, we hightailed it over there to check it out!

The Lemon Pound Cake Shake over at Schmoozies! will cost you $13.29 and is a Fresh Summer Lemon Shake with Whipped Topping and Lemon Slice garnish. Now, we’ll be the first to admit, we were nervous based on how GREY the shake looked on the Disneyland App.

However, there was no reason to fear, because it was certainly yellow! We think this is a great treat for a summer day in the parks. The lemon flavor isn’t really tart at all — they managed to make the lemon taste pretty sweet without it tasting artificial.

There’s a sweet and creamy vanilla cake taste throughout that cuts out any tart flavor, which is really what makes it taste like a slice of lemon cake in shake form! If you love lemon or citrus and want a cool treat, we highly recommend it, even if you don’t normally like sour/tart lemon flavors.
