I wish there was a decimal system for ratings because I think this one deserves more than a 9.0, but I can't bring myself to give it the same rating as FoP & RotR. Its super fun and immersive. It's thrilling, but not in the jerk you around till your back hurts kind of way. Must do every time for us.
Pros:
Wonderfully immersive VR experience. One of the most unique rides in Epcot. Maybe even the best one Epcot has to offer right now.Cons:

Such a cool experience! You really feel like you are in a hang glider soaring over these areas and having the smells and mist make this a must do attraction every trip.

Absolutely brilliant concept. Gets an applause form the riders every time! Queue is indoor so a good way to cool off in the hotter months. Truly feels like you are flying. Great score. Only downside to this ride is (in my opinion) not as good as the original Soarin' Over California was, the transitions are a bit rougher. But definitely a must do attraction.
