Hot take...yes...I know.
Loved the movie. And yes, the ride is wonderful, as you get a brief recap of the movie, sort of. But the line versus the hype/fun ratio just doesn't add up for me. The ride is over way to quickly for the amount of time spent in line, even when planning and going there as soon as they allow you.
I loved the village theming while in line, but after riding it once, it falls into the once and done category.
I do recommend it at least once, if just getting to see the village waiting in line.

This is a great ride in Epcot’s Norway pavilion, with cute animatronics and a subtle drop. I’m not sure if it is worth the long waits it gets, but it is still a ride I would recommend to others.

We loved this ride! It’s beautiful and of course we love the music! The animatronics are great! Sven was our favorite! The unexpected drop was great and was appreciated by my 15 year old nephew who wasn’t thrilled about this one lol

We were I able to ride it due to the ride going down. Also, the lightning lanes remained longer than the standby lines consistently throughout the day. Therefore, the ride waits remained 80+ minutes.

This is one of the best rides in Epcot (although there isn't much competition)! I remember Maelstrom and prefer this because it was very outdated. This ride has great theming and appropriately fits the Frozen portion of Norway, but it just isn't worth the wait. Waiting an hour or two for this 5-minute long ride is crazy. I think the only reason that it's so popular is because of the movie attached to it and how much children love everything about it. I'd rather spend my time waiting for Test Track or Soarin', but it just depends on if you like a thrilling ride or slow boat ride!

With no height requirement, this boat ride can be enjoyed by the entire family. It is, of course, heavily themed to the Frozen movie franchise, but it can still be enjoyed by non-Frozen fans (unless you are absolutely repulsed by the music). It's just another example of Disney IP replacing a previous ride (Maelstrom), but they really did do a good job with the projection-mapped Audio-Animatronics! It's still one of the most popular attractions at EPCOT, so if the ride is not worth a long wait in your estimation, you'll want to rope-drop it, ride it right at Park close, or snag a Lightning Lane reservation (once available). Even though I'm not a Frozen fan, I still like to ride it on every trip to EPCOT!

This ride is great. It was fun without being too scary for littles. The music was perfect without overkilling on "Let is go". The animatronics are great and overall this ride is a good time. The line can be insane though and it is not worth an hour wait.

Love this ride so much, it’s very good especially if you have frozen lover kids, the waits may seem long but their not that long literally 1 hour here vs 4-5 hours at Flight of Passage, literally Frozen Ever After is 9 ranks upper than flight of passage

This is a fun storybook water ride. The animatronics are amazing, and this is perfect for Frozen fans. For me, however, this isn't an absolute must-do. The line is usually very long and in my opinion, not always worth it once you've done it the first time. The queue is beautiful, especially the Oaken Trading Post you get to walk through!

Don’t listen to the haters that hate this ride because they miss Maelstrom. It’s a great family attraction and so much fun for the Frozen lovers!
