This was a great experience! It was my first time ever at Disney World, and the server was super kind, it was everything I could have wanted. The food was incredible, the macaroon was the best I've ever had, and the grey stuff was indeed delicious. The cast member at the front let us choose the area we wanted to sit in.
Pros:
Great food, kind servers, great themingCons:
It can get noisy, but that's only in the main dinning area.Reviewed by Piccaso7 Review Date: 07/13/2021

The food was bland, tasteless and over cooked. The table and chairs were dirty. The beast came in once during the hour we were there. Zipped around and left after a minute. The castle is very dark and it was extremely loud inside. Disney could easily revamp the menu, put more effort into cleaning and have the beast out and interacting with the diners. I will never go back to Be our Guest. The food at any quick service is better. Service was fast, I felt like food was made the night before and is served off a conveyor belt. And to add insult to Injury it was expensive.

My friend and I ate here last week and it was great! The food was much better this time compared to the last time I ate there. I got the Assorted Meats and Artisanal Cheese Selection for my appetizer and it was awesome. It was basically a mini charcuterie board and did not fill me up too much before my meal. I got the pork for my main course. The pork tasted much better this time compared to my last visit! The dessert trio was amazing!! I think the macaroon was different from my last visit as well. It had a raspberry butter cream in the middle which was so good. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone who hasn't eaten here before and wants a good Disney themed dinner! You literally feel like you have stepped inside the Beauty and the Beast movie.

Atmosphere is worth it and how food magically appears no matter where we sit. Food is ok, usually lukewarm not hot.
Pros:
Once in a lifetime experience if u love beauty & the beast. 2 people can share 1 classic breakfast meal plus extra beverage. We always even have leftovers to snack on rest of day. This makes it more affordable.Cons:
Not hot food. Not seasoned well food.Reviewed by parksutton Review Date: 06/03/2021

Ate here for supper on memorial day with my wife and three teenagers. My family loved it. The atmosphere is amazing. The service was great, the food tasted good (not great though)
Well worth it for a once and a lifetime thing.
If it wasnt so expensive we would go back, as is once will do it.

The castle is so cool and immersive and we were lucky enough to eat in the West Wing. Our server was incredible, despite being super busy. The food is solid, especially the appetizer options. Dessert sampler is cute, but just ok. The plant based cake option was fresh and yummy though.
Pros:
Decor, atmosphere, service, so fun!Cons:

I was able to snag a reservation at BOG for 2:45. Weird time to eat. but it's all I could get. I dined by myself. The castle was exactly how I pictured it would be. The food was only okay. the service was rushed. I really think it was a one and done experience. It was my first time eating there. But I have been to Cinderella's Royal Table 3 times on prior visits. BOG is nowhere near as good of an experience in my opinion. I started with the cheese and meat plate. Oh one thing I loved was the Mickey shaped butter. 5 minutes after my appetizer came out my entre arrived (scallops) really just okay. The best part of the meal is the dessert.
Pros:
good theming visits by the beast desserts Mickey shaped butterCons:

The meal here was pretty good overall, although the desserts were a bit on the too sweet side for me personally. The appetizer FO Soup was delicious, that melty cheese was to die for! The steak overall was delicious- small but to be expected because it’s a filet ,ordered medium rare and cooked to perfection. The steak came with mashed potatoes and for what you pay for, there wasn’t a whole lot of them-like a tiny scoop on mine and my boyfriends plate. The meal also came with yummy bread and butter which I had no idea about and they shaped the butter like Mickey Mouse! Because of COVID, couldn’t take pictures with the best and barely came out for more than a minute so that was super disappointing. This was more of a one and done dinner option for us, maybe will try the regular quick service lunch menu next time when that’s back.
Pros:
See the Beast! Good steak! Yummy French onion soup! Bread and butter!Cons:
Very expensive, smaller side portions, desserts were too sweet for me, beast was barely out for a minute due to COVID.Reviewed by jghehle Review Date: 04/02/2021

Food is still really good even though lunch and dinner are now pre fixe meals only. The service was great and it is always special to eat in the Beast's castle.
