The decor and aesthetic was very beautiful, however, the food was horrible. Unfortunately, the looks were unable to make up for the food. The potato leek soup was bland and came out cold, the steak hardly had seasoning and was overcooked, and the salad dressing was too salty.
Pros:
BeautifulCons:
Bad food, expensiveReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 06/10/2024

This was a wonderful experience although expensive! A few things could improve upon. The Beast does come out during dinner but only walks up & down the main aisle and they ask that you remain seated. So no personal photos with your children & The Beast. For that kind of money, I expected more personal touches. The kids desserts were amazingly clever. A tea cup (Chip) made of white chocolate served on a paint pallet with drops of icing and a paint brush to create your own design on the cup before indulging. Steak was excellent and our servicer was very friendly. It's a bit loud in the main dining room as well. Overall personal touches for the kids would have gotten a 10 rating.
Pros:
Beautiful setting, good foodCons:
Expensive! And no touching, standing near, or personal photos with The Beast. Bummer!Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 03/01/2024

I gave it 10 stars but my wife is a super picky eater so she said 7. Kids thought it was a 10. The theming is great. I wish for more character time. It was pricy but at least a 1 time experience for sure.
Pros:
Themeing was phenomenal. Characters looked great Cast made us feel specialCons:

Beauty and the Beast is my favourite movie, so I have been dreaming of going to this restaurant since it was first announced!! The themeing was spectacular! I felt like I was walking right into the movie (other than that weird music box room - why not have done another area from the movie? The library or the sitting room or even an outdoor area like the courtyard when their singing Something Their.) I was a bit worried about the food since I have the palate of a child! lol! They were very accommodating and I was able to order from both the regular menu and the children's menu. The filet mignon was done perfectly to my request (medium well - they butterfly it for those who prefer it cooked more as to not burn it) and the garlic potatoes were to die for! My desserts were limited due to allergies, but the ones I had were very good! (the dishes did not lie, the grey stuff is delicious!) I'm not sure its a restaurant I would do multiple times as it is very expensive, but definitely something to do for Beauty and the Beast fans!
Pros:
amazing themeing, delicious foodCons:

The only reason I give this 8 out of 10 is because we actually had to wait about 30 minutes "past" our reservation time (which was already late in the evening and we were STARVING). Other than that, it was great!
Pros:
Great food, great service, got to see the Beast up close!Cons:
too long of a wait time, they are constantly behind scheduleReviewed by MadisonDuPree Review Date: 10/11/2023

I went here as a special birthday treat for myself because I'm a huge fan of Beauty & The Beast. However, I found that the food options and quality was far below what I paid for it and while the beast does occasionally walk around there is very little interaction. It is a beautiful building but it's not worth the price in my opinion.
Pros:
Interior is beautiful, great for big fans of Beauty & The BeastCons:
Food is average but overpriced, lack of character interaction given it's considered character dining.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/09/2023

I feel like it's become trendy to pick on this place... But it's actually a really good restaurant. People seem to be upset about the price and the prefixed menu. However, in my opinion, the options there are great. The French onion soup was amazing and who doesn't want the Grey stuff??? Plus, the theming of this place rivals anything in Disney World. Word of advice, if you don't have kids with you and can last until the make it to the last reservation of the night grab it. The times I have been there this place has run behind on reservations... Sounds bad??? It's not. When you leave you have an empty Disney World, which is a great way to end your night.
Pros:
Great theming. Good food.Cons:
Can be pricey... But it's Disney. Prefixed menu. Although the options are goodReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 06/11/2023

Made reservations 60 days ago. Sat us 20 mins after reservation time. So wait staff for 20 mins once seated at table. We had to ask for service. When she finally arrived, took our order, never came back. We ended up cancelling our order and told the hostess we were leaving. We will never go back to this place.

My family of 6 ate here in October 2021 on our first trip to the Magic Kingdom, as we were told it's something everyone should do at least once. I debated whether or not I wanted to shell out the big bucks to do it finally decided to try it. We ate in the forbidden West Wing, which seemed to be the most interesting of the three rooms (the others are the Grand Ballroom and the Rose Gallery). The room was nicely themed, with the famous rose displayed in its case, and every so often, a petal would fall and there would be lightning and thunder, with a painting of the prince turning into The Beast. However, the room was very dark and it was difficult to see the food. The Beast showed up briefly during our meal, and he didn't stay long. We expected this with the COVID restrictions, but it was still a bit disappointing. The food was good, if somewhat overpriced. Most of our group ordered the French onion soup and filet mignon, which I definitely recommend, considering how much you are paying. The desserts were shared and were generally good. Our server was outstanding - she did a fantastic job taking care of our large group, even bringing my daughter a different kind of soup when she didn't like the one she ordered. So overall it was a good experience, but I don't expect we will we return anytime soon because of the high prices. As fun as it may be, there are many other options that provide a better value for the price paid.
Pros:
Fun atmosphere, good food, excellent serviceCons:

My family went for lunch on our last day and it was fine. One of the people in our party had noise sensitivity and another has PTSD with unexpected thunder so they put us in the Rose Gallery. We did have to wait about an extra 15 minutes while they changed things around but they got all 5 of us in with no issue. I knew going in that the meet and greets were not a thing but it was more disappointing than I was expecting. The Beast walked around twice while we were there and it was so fast. It felt like if you sneezed he would be gone. We watched a bunch of young girls just not be acknowledged by the Beast at all. We had gone to Steakhouse 71 a few days beforehand and if you can handle no Disney characters it is so much better. My family was all adults but my mom really wanted to eat here so we went with it and we were disappointed. We were definitely rushed, it was subtle but when you looked at everything it is obvious. Our main course was served before all of us were done with the appetizers so the table got crowded with plates quickly. It was hard to look at the other rooms during the meal as it felt like if we left the table we would come back to warmish food.
Overall it was just an ok experience once we sat down. Before and after were amazing and what you expect from a sit-down Disney world restaurant.
