FULL Tour of the Newly Updated Rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans — Riverside

Cool KIDS’ SUMMER is here at Disney World! This fun summer event includes great discounts, cool character experiences, free water park entry for resort guests, and so much more!

And this includes some summer fun in your hotel room as well. So let’s dive in and take a look at the newly refurbished rooms at Port Orleans Resort — Riverside, where you could stay this summer!

After a several-month-long closure, the Port Orleans — Riverside rooms at Magnolia Bend are fully refurbished and reopened. We got the chance to tour one of these refurbished rooms and see all of the fun amenities you can add to your room as part of Cool KIDS’ SUMMER!

These gorgeous rooms are themed to The Princess and the Frog and include so many incredible details, like the beautiful bayou above the headboard.  There is also a large table with two chairs that have pictures of Tiana and her family above it.

There is also a diaper pail next to the table that you can request to have in your room as a perk for Cool KIDS’ SUMMER.

You can also request to have a Pack ‘n Play in your room as well!

This room also has a gorgeous bathroom with a double vanity, a large mirror, and so much lighting, making it perfect for getting ready. As well as pretty tiling that helps tie the theme of the room together.

There is also a little stool that kiddos can pull out so they can reach the bathroom sink.

Moving further into the bathroom, there is a sliding door that includes the toilet and a shower with a glass door.

You can also ask to have a baby shower seat as another Cool KIDS’ SUMMER perk, to make staying in your Disney World Resort a little bit easier.

Moving back into the main room, there is also a little nightlight you can get in your room, perfect if you have little kids who don’t like sleeping in the dark.

Then there are a few more great Tiana details that really tie this whole room together!
