A NEW Holiday Haunted House Is Coming to Universal's Las Vegas Horror Experience

Things are about to get scarier thanks to Universal!

In case you missed it, Universal Horror Unleashed has opened in Las Vegas, Nevada! It’s a year-round horror experience where fans can be frightened as often as they want. Fans of Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights don’t have to mourn the end of the spooky season thanks to this new location, and now they’re adding more experiences soon!

Get ready to scream in Las Vegas! Universal is known for its Halloween celebrations, but now they’re bringing a “darker side of winder folklore” to the Christmas season too!

There’s going to be a brand-new Krampus & Kin immersive holiday experience beginning on November 15th, 2025! The spooky event will allow guests to experience “yule born horrors, capture eerie photo-ops, and indulge in seasonal food and drinks.”

This experience is so you can have a creepy twist during the holidays, and guests will be able to see mythical characters like Krampus, Grýla, and the Kallikantzaroi. There will be photo opportunities with these “ancient entities,” and you can even post with Krampus on his twisted throne, get into Grýla’s cauldron, and stand below Kallikantzaroi’s rotting tree.

There will also be a “grand processional” that will fill an abandoned warehouse with creatures and tokens of their legends. Say hello to regional storytellers (hello EPCOT) who will tell the story of the folklore and the origins of each creature you can see at the experience. Not only that, you can even try different treats like the “Krampus’ Snow Globe,” Grýla’s Char, Chicken Souvlakichos, and more.
