The start times for Disney’s new Starlight parade are shifting!

Earlier this year, Disney launched the new nighttime spectacular Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away. Following in the legendary footsteps of the Main Street Electrical Parade and Spectromagic, the parade has proven immediately to be a favorite amongst fans, with each showing drawing large crowds. However, if you were planning on catching Starlight in September, you may need to tweak your plans a bit.
Through August 30th, Starlight’s two nightly showings have been staged at 9 PM and 11 PM each evening.

However, on August 31st, each showing is being bumped up half an hour to 8:30 and 10:30 PM, respectively.

Finally, on September 15th, the showings are bumped ahead even further, with showings scheduled at 8 PM and 10 PM. These times are listed for all showings through October 4th, which is currently the furthest date Disney has confirmed times for online.

Beyond shifting times, it’s also important to keep in mind that Starlight isn’t available for the entirety of September, as the parade is not presented on evenings when Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place. Halloween Party dates for the rest of the year include September 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, 25th, 26th, 28th and 30th, and October 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 23rd, 24th, 26th, 28th, 30th, and of course 31st.

Disney Starlight features characters from a number of Disney films, including Moana, Peter Pan, Encanto, Frozen, and Pinocchio. The show is filled with sparkly lights, stunning floats, and beloved characters.

If you’re planning on seeing Starlight at the Magic Kingdom over the next couple of months, be sure to keep an eye on the schedule for the time of your visit. Stay tuned to AllEars for more on Disney World’s schedule.
