The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is here, and that means LOTS and LOTS of different foods to try. Sometimes all that new food can be overwhelming, but don’t worry, that’s why we’re here!

The festival runs from August 28th to November 22nd, and we go out and try all the food so you know what’s worth the time and what’s not. We pulled together our ultimate list of the best foods we’ve had because you won’t want to miss these!
We don’t mess around when it comes to EPCOT festivals, and that’s especially true with the Food & Wine Festival. We go in with a massive game plan, hours of research, and a whole team ready to provide you with the important details.

Here are our favorite eats and drinks that are both returning and new to the 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. It’s the ultimate list of the best items you should try at the festival.

Let’s hear from the AllEars Team! Here are their favorite festival foods.
Quincy’s Favorites
Starting off the list with Quincy, she had quite a few favorites to mention from this year’s list! First is the Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages, a spiced brioche with a three-cheese mornay filling for $8.50. Quincy described this as the best thing she’d had at the France booth at ANY festival. Bread with cheese, ladies and gentlemen.

Also making her list is the Filet Mignon from the Canada booth. This comes with mushrooms and Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs mashed potatoes for $10. Tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious with the garlic and herb flavor. Those potatoes are smooth and creamy, and the mushrooms add a nice earthiness.

But that’s not all from Canada! Quincy also chose the Château des Charmes Pétales Rouge for $7.50 to make the list. This was extremely light and fresh — it might be the best wine you can get at the festival.

One surprise winner today? Refreshment Port! The Braised Beef Poutine is back for $10 and the he Brewery Ommegang Oak-Aged Watermelon Kolsch was a sleeper hit for $12. The poutine was rich and savory, while the beer was watermelon-forward and lightly sweetened.

Sounds like Quincy had a yummy day!
Breedlove’s Favorites
Moving on to Breedlove’s favorites, he was a big fan of the Flavors from Fire booth, especially their IMPOSSIBLE slider.

You can get the Montreal-Style Burger Slider for $6, and it comes with IMPOSSIBLE beef with plant-based cheddar, tomato jam, Bibb lettuce, and plant-based garlic aioli on a sesame seed bun.
Myranda’s Favorites
Myranda also had quite the spread of delicious eats during opening day! She first recommends the Chicken Tikka Masala from the India booth for $6.50. It’s served with fennel-spiced yogurt and naan bread.

The Mango Lassi for $5.25 was also a hit here! Fruity and refreshing for a hot day.

Her next big winner was the Mexico booth, which had a delicious Flauta de Barbacoa for $8.75. This returning dish is made with fried tortillas filled with barbacoa beef, topped with salsa verde, romaine lettuce, crema Mexicana, and queso fresco. The meat is tender and juic,y and the queso fresco adds a nice cheesiness

Also there, you’ll find the Tostada de Carnitas for $8. It’s made with braised Pork atop a fried corn tortilla with chipotle black beans, salsa ranchera, crema Mexicana, and queso fresco. The pork had a hint of sweetness, the beans were tender, and the flavors all worked incredibly well together.

For dessert, Mexico has the Flan de Cajeta for $6.75. This was deliciously creamy and tasted distinctly homemade.

Myranda, like Breedlove, had great things to say about the Flavors from Fire booth! She highly recommends this spot as one of her favorites.

Her other favorite booth was The Fry Basket, which serves a variety of different french fries. This is a potato lover’s dream!

The Fry Basket is a great stop for a quick snack if you’re not in the mood for a meal.
Sage’s Favorites
For Sage, there were a few standout food items at this year’s fest. Starting off, we’ve got the Schiacciata Sandwich for $6.25 at Forest & Field. It’s made with Mortadella, prosciutto ham, sun-dried peppers, arugula, stracciatella cheese, fall squash mostarda, and pistachio pesto on warm focaccia. This was nice and light for a hot day in the parks.

He also loved the Roasted Lamb Chop for $8.75 from Australia. It’s served with mint pesto and finished with a topping of crushed salt and vinegar potato chips. You’ll need to be a lamb fan to like this one, but if you are, it’s a must-get.

His third and final pick resides at Brew-Wing — the Unneccessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry Wings for $7.75. The spice level here was toned down a little from previous years, so they were more bearable.

Don’t worry, if you’re spice-averse, they have some mild options at Brew-Wing as well!
Fry Bucket’s Favorites
Fry Bucket’s booth of choice was Milled & Mulled, where you’ll find a few different fall-inspired dishes. This booth definitely has cozy vibes!

Her standout item here is the Freshly Baked Carrot Cake with walnuts and cream cheese icing for $5.50. It was moist, sweet, rich, and oh-so-yummy.

You’ll also find the Apple-Cinnamon and Caramel Mini Churros Sundae here for $5.25. It’s topped with vanilla bean gelato! The caramel sauce was a little thick, but that apple flavor in the applesauce was lovely with the churros.

The Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque for $5.50 was also a winner at this booth. Warm and comforting, but probably a dish you should save till a cooler day rolls around.

The other item that Fry Bucket wanted to highlight is the Hawaiian Rice Bowl made with Spam, eggs, eel sauce, spicy mayonnaise, and furikake for $6.25 at the Hawai’i booth. An excellent combination of flavors and textures.

She honestly liked this more than the pork slider at the Hawai’i booth, and we know that the slider is typically a fan fave.
Emma’s Favorites
For Emma, the Flavors of America booth was the best!

Her favorite item on the menu here was the Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll with warm-water lobster, rock shrimp, lobster bisque, and sherry-crème fraîche on a toasted brioche bun for $8.75. Hearty and delicious!

She said, “That thing was crazy, and it changed my life.” High praise, Emma!
JP’s Favorites
JP has one big recommendation for those visiting the festival, and it’s the Grilled Cider-Brined Pork Tenderloin for $7 from Bramblewood Bites. It’s served with chili-apple butter, celeriac-apple slaw, and an apple cider gastrique.

The tender, juicy pork pairs perfectly with the crisp apple slaw, creating a well-balanced bite. The grill adds just the right amount of char, giving the dish a subtle crunch that elevates the whole experience
Breea’s Favorites
And of course, we had to share the thoughts of our friend Breea from Disney Food Blog! She said that the Pao de Queijo from the Brazil booth for $5 was a must-get.

Also on her favorites list was the flan from Mexico that Myranda loved. This one’s 2-0, you guys!
