We have exciting news out of Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

The park just welcomed a new addition, and we had to share it with you.
The new addition to Animal Kingdom was just born in Dinoland U.S.A. Disney World recently posted a picture of the new baby on Instagram.

A new Abdim’s stork chick was just welcomed in Dinoland U.S.A. and we are excited! As an adult, Abdim’s storks have black feathers, a blue face, and a red patch near each eye. However, this baby stork is covered in lots of fluffy white feathers!

This baby Abdim’s stork chick joins a growing list of babies born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. We have seen a baby rino, a baby okapi, a baby zebra, and many, many more.

One of the recent births was a baby elephant. Corra was recently welcomed to the savanna on Kilimanjaro Safaris and was seen roaming around with her mother, Nadirah. Disney World is even expecting two more baby elephants in 2025!
